Franchette Dyer is the owner of Vetech Business, LLC and is the Human Resources Personnel Advisor and Career Coach. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and a MSM in Management. Working with Act 1 Personnel Services, she learned what corporations and business wanted from their potential clients. She took that knowledge and added on to her company, Vetech Business Services, LLC.
