For the past decade I’ve been on a mission to burn down the SOFA. That sounds harsh I know, what I mean by that is, I’ve been on a journey to bring clarity to the Status of Forces Agreement so that it is no longer a barrier for military spouses trying to maintain their career while moving where the military makes us. Along the way I’ve learned a lot about what works and what’s missing in the military spouse workforce development space. Now I’m here to share knowledge and resources to empower our community and kick down barriers along the way.
