As the founder of Convey Culture, a cultural consulting partner that brings multicultural business and marketing solutions to transform companies’ internal culture, practices, and leadership structures, and embrace sustainable customer connections and strategic growth, Bianca is on a mission to set companies up for future success. She does this by empowering clients to create authentic connections/engagement with their multicultural customers through compelling culturally inclusive marketing and strategic business solutions and DEI training. Prior to her current role, Bianca served as the VP of Client Service and Inclusive Marketing for Rain The Growth Agency. There, Bianca oversaw all growth for the company, surpassing new business goals for three consecutive years, averaging 15-20% in revenue growth YOY. Before joining agency life, Bianca forged her career on the brand side with roles in sales and marketing at Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s and Hershey’s. Currently based in Oklahoma, Bianca has called many places home: earning an M.B.A from Western Governors University and her bachelor’s degree in African American Studies at San Diego State University. Over the years, she has picked up her roots and settled into many new communities alongside her husband, an Aerospace Physiologist for the United States Air Force and their four children. There’s nothing Bianca loves more than exploring the world– and new cultures– with her family. While Bianca may be everyone’s champion, she knows the value of honoring one’s self, too. Following her adventurer’s spirit and eternal curiosity, Bianca’s true meditative state is when she is running. A self-proclaimed fitness fanatic and former All-American track and field athlete, Bianca can usually be found at the gym or doing Peloton classes followed by a delicious vegan meal.
