Graduated from the University of Texas ROTC program in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She served for 6 years as a Logistics Readiness Officer specializing in fuels management, supply and transportation in both the US and South Korea. In 2003, Kristie transitioned to become a military spouse and held key leadership positions in the Key Spouse Program and various non-profit organizations supporting military families. In 2015, she completed her MBA and is currently serving as an advisor on the Instant Handz Military Advisory Board.
