Over more than 26 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different businesses, functions, leadership roles, and even countries. With each new responsibility came another lens—and a better understanding that what looks like a challenge in one place may actually connect to something happening somewhere else. I also learned how valuable it is to have experienced people in your corner when you’re working through something important. Those experiences stayed with me and eventually became the foundation for PORTARIS. I created it to bring that same kind of perspective and partnership to businesses and professionals who may not otherwise have it readily available.
