Recognizing Excellence: 2025 US Forces in Business Awards Finalist in the Outstanding Achiever Category
Each year, the Forces in Business Awards shines a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of service members, veterans, and military spouses who have successfully transitioned into civilian careers — and this year, we’re proud to celebrate Beth Conlin, U.S. Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce Board Chair, S.O.F.A. expert and advocate, for being named a Finalist in the Outstanding Achiever category at the 2025 US Forces in Business Awards.
Often referred to as the “Oscars of Veteran Employment,” the Forces in Business Awards is the world’s largest celebration of veterans thriving in second careers. Founded in 2018, the awards were created to elevate the perception of veterans in the workplace — recognizing the immense value and leadership they bring to employers across all sectors and the global economy.
This year’s awards received more than 350 nominations, making each spot on the shortlist a tremendous accomplishment. It represents not only individual excellence but also the growing recognition of military-affiliated talent as a driving force in business innovation and success.
In the U.K., the message about service after serving has evolved: these businesses are thriving because they hire veterans. This powerful perspective shift is exactly what the Forces in Business Awards embodies — celebrating the contributions that transform workplaces, communities, and industries.
The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony on December 3, 2025.
Congratulations again to Beth on this incredible honor — your dedication to clarity, perseverance, and breaking down barriers, especially in the realm of S.O.F.A., continues to inspire and pave the way for others.
