Pisces Apparel LLC was founded in 2017 by Hyojin McGrath, while she was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC with her husband, an active duty soldier. As a military spouse and mother, she was seeking a professional career that was transportable. She decided to import socks from her native South Korea and sell them online. This way she could continue to sell anywhere in the U.S. no matter where in the world the U.S. Army stationed her family. Pisces Apparel LLC was incorporated in Ohio, where she received her Naturalized Citizenship and both she and her husband remain permanent residents. Pisces Apparel LLC continues to sell via their own website, gotyourtoes.com, and as a professional seller on Amazon via fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sales. In 2018, Hyojin established a wholesale relationship with Tony Molly, a cosmetic store in Raleigh, North Carolina and filed a trademark for GotYourToes, which was granted. In November of 2018, she also started selling to Lotte Plaza Market in Annandale, Virginia. In January 2019, she was contacted by Headquarters, Lotte Plaza Market about expanding her sales because the Annandale store’s sales were so impressive for the months of November and December 2018. Currently, Pisces Apparel LLC sells to ten Lotte Plaza Markets located in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. Hyojin accomplished much of the expansion of Pisces Apparel LLC in 2019 while being a single mother as her husband was deployed to Afghanistan for 12 months.
