Ms. Katie Leimbach is the President and Co-Founder of AABLE, LLC, working out of the Washington DC - Baltimore Metropolitan Area. She has over 20 years of experience as a business leader with expertise in leading process, organization, workforce, and culture transformations to meet strategic business goals and exceed customer expectations. Prior to AABLE, LLC, Katie held various leadership positions, with increasing responsibility, specializing in IT modernization, operations, and business development. Her experience includes leading and managing client delivery operations to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions for the Federal government’s toughest challenges. As President at ABBLE, Katie leads enterprise strategic initiatives, while developing and managing overall service delivery and operations. She focuses on continuously improving the experience of AABLE’s customers, while aiding them to succeed in their missions via the application and enhancement of AABLE’s proven development processes and enabling solutions. By providing high quality delivery and superior customer experience across a diverse portfolio of projects nationwide, she enables company growth in line with AABLE’s culture, values, and business strategy. Katie earned a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Miami. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
