Kelly Suazo-Davis is the Founder and CEO of ANCHOR IN Leadership, a leadership coaching, consulting, and training and development firm. After working 15+ years in government, corporate, and nonprofit sector. Kelly is a military spouse, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and woman of faith. Kelly serves as Board Chairwoman on for Anchor In Ministries (501c3) in Chesterfield, VA and Button & Zipper (5013) in Denver, CO, and Chicago, IL. She dedicates her voice to disrupt the status quo within the leadership development industry; proactively creating a paradigm shift to increase the presences of Latinas and Women of Color in leadership roles with decision-making power. She is an Internationally Certified Executive Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coach. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Kelly holds a Victims Advocate certification from National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) and has studied strategic leadership and ethics at Liberty University School of Business. She is married to MAJ Charles Davis, and together they have two spectacular young adults: Isaiah and Kay-Lynn Davis and a fur baby.
