Rachel Cox Bio The Entrepreneur’s Source (919) 521-8480 rcox@esourcecoach.com Rachel comes from a successful twenty three year career in the hospitality and event planning industry. She has strong sales and management experience; considered a “top producer” in both sales and management. During her career Rachel rebranded two hotels to improve market share. Rachel has over thirteen years of sales experience to include a Regional Director role covering over thirteen markets including cities in: California, Ohio, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico and North Carolina. Over nine years of General Management experience working with five million dollar revenue budgets. Rachel owned two part time businesses over the course of her hospitality career. One business was a vending model and the other was a web based model. Rachel also created a women’s networking group called “Women in the Workforce” and most recently created A-Z Networking (inclusive for all business owners). Rachel’s strength is cultivating and developing people. Her ability to identify a person’s strengths and opportunities and her willingness to train and coach assisted several people to grow both personally and professionally. Rachel’s focus is on people first and she is always willing to use her network to help someone find their true passion. She has been a Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source for over nine years and has helped many people find their future.
