Licensed Clinician

• Provides culturally competent counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups experiencing difficulties due to life challenges or mental health concerns.

Requirements:

• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
• Willingness to work evening and Saturday morning hours.
• Complete clinical documentation daily.
• Remain actively engaged with updated research and best practices.
• Actively compile community referral sources to provide holistic personalized care and work collaboratively with other agencies
• Actively follow HIPAA standards.
• Actively maintain up to date patient files within electronic health record (EHR).
• Actively engage in other duties as assigned (including but not limited to staff development and participating in case consultation meetings).
• Knowledgable in various modalities.
• Skilled in modifying interventions with individuals, couples and families from a variety of cultures.
• Skilled in working independently and implementing effective time management strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

• A masters or doctoral degree in a mental health or related field (Required)
• Licensed within the Commonwealth of Virginia

Experience:

• Experienced in outpatient services or home-based mental health services and knowledgeable of EHR

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
