I am the CEO and Founder of Suiting Green Consulting. I served for over 21 years in the United States Army in a variety of leadership, operations, training and development, and project management roles in the United States and around the world. I am also married to a former United States Marine, so I'll let you decide who's the tougher one. When we transitioned into the private sector after my service time was up, I began working for a Fortune 100 company in sales, business analytics, and workforce management roles. It was during my post-military career that I was introduced to the knowledge gaps that exist between the military community and corporate America. In particular, the translation of military experience and capabilities when it comes to civilian jobs and hiring. Now I look to bridge that gap and set companies up for success by showing them how to effectively hire, engage, and retain people from the transitioning service member, veteran, and military spouse communities.
